At approximately 4:20 AM Livonia Fire Department responded to a house fire in Cole Hollow, upon arrival they found a single family single level structure engulfed in flame. They immediately called for mutual aid from Blue River and Campbellsburg Fire Departments. Livonia Fire department was starting to bring the fire under control but then their fire fighting efforts were hampered by water supply issues. Once the mutual aid arrive with extra water tankers the fire was extinguished. The home was a total loss.

responders and Washington County Ambulance for smoke inhalation.
